Step 1: Complete a Preferred Travelers Application by logging on to our secured online enrollment application at www.fly-vip.com
Agree to the terms and conditions, enter required biographical data,
and select a payment method.
To expedite the online process, please have the following
information available:
A valid Driver's License number
Your home address for the past five years
Alien registration number (permanent foreign residents only)
A valid credit card
Step 2: Visit the Preferred Travelers Enrollment Station at GPT or
other designated site. (Coming Soon)
A Preferred Traveler attendant will verify your identification
Capture an image of your iris and fingerprints
Take your photograph
To complete Step 2, you will need your
Preferred Traveler account number and at least two pieces of
TSA approved, government-issued identification. For a list of acceptable documents, please click here.
Who can apply for Preferred Travelers Membership?
US citizens and permanent foreign residents aged 12 and over.
Is my information secure?
Your information security is one of our top priorities. We have a wide
array of security features to protect your privacy, confidentiality,
and data-security rights. Our solutions make extensive use of access
control and encrypted communications.
What happens if my application is not accepted, or if I am denied membership?
You will still be able to use the regular security lines at any airport.
You will not have access to the Preferred Traveler/Registered Traveler lane, your credit
card will be refunded, and your personal data will remain securely
stored.
What if I forget my card or lend it to a friend or family member?
Simply put, it will not work. If you forget to bring your card to the airport, you will not be able to
use the Preferred Traveler/Registered Traveler lane and must enter the regular security lines.
At what airports can I use my Preferred Traveler card?
Your card can be used at any airport nationwide participating in the Registered Traveler Program.
How can I replace a lost/stolen/damaged Preferred Traveler card?
Please send an email to info@fly-vip.com to order a new card, which you should receive
in approximately one to two weeks. A replacement card costs $20.00.
