The company will need to pay with a company check (we provide a 3% discount for 20 - 25 enrolled, 4% for 26 - 50 enrolled and 5% for 51+ enrolled).
We will provide a customized on-line enrollment web page to streamline stage 1 of the enrollment process for your employees
