How It Works?
For every customer you refer to us over five, you will
receive your choice of a gift card or a credit towards next year renewal.
As you refer more people your reward increase.
For 5 referrals $50 - For 10 referrals $100
- For 15 referrals $150 - For 20 referrals $200 - For 25 + referrals $250
Getting Credit
Getting credit for a referral is simple, too. All you have
to do is forward the link below, this will automatically forward
your member id and when the link is launched, and your referral will
be linked to you. If your referral comes into the PT office to sign up,
they need only to have your member ID, tell one of the staff and they will manually enter it for you.
